Pricing Decision Models of Manufacturer-Led Dual-Channel Supply Chain with Free-Rider Problem

We study the strategic pricing decision models of manufacture-led dual-channel supply chains with free-rider problem under service level and cost. use Stackelberg model to impact degree consumers on optimal strategy chain various decision-making modes carry out a numerical simulation. The main conclusions are as follows: In retailer’s chain, deepening consumer free-riding behavior will reduce enthusiasm retailers, but weak position channel lead improved levels reduced prices, well increase wholesale price cover costs. manufacturer’s decline in retailers’ enthusiasm, decrease prices pricing. two types chains, demand manufacturers’ network channels increases, increases first then decreases, profits all members coefficient consumers. Finally, we simulation verify validity above conclusions, which provides scientific basis make decisions manufacturer-led chain.
